This policy has been developed in fairness and in accordance with the Office of Fair Trading Qld guidelines supported by the Trade Practices Act 1974.
IPWEA Queensland and its associates will endeavour to maintain all intellectual materials with the most current information.
IPWEA Queensland and its associates will ensure that customers are given online access to material in a timely manner. Where materials need to be dispatched, they will be delivered in a timely manner using suitable means of transportation.
- IPWEA Queensland will only provide access to online material once payment has been received. NO REFUNDS will be issued after you have been given online access to such material.
- In the event whereby materials need to be dispatched, IPWEAQ reserves the right to hold delivery until such time payment has been received.
- Should the customer wish to cancel an order which has not yet been received, written notification must be received by IPWEA Queensland prior to item/s being dispatched from our office. Should notification be received after the item/s are dispatched, NO REFUND will apply.
NOTE: Refunds will only be issued to the same Card/Account holder as the initial transaction.
This policy may be updated without notification. It should be considered the published version located on the IPWEAQ’s Engicom website is the most current and enforced policy. This policy is maintained under regular quality review and version controlled by relevant parties.
